2026 Tax Filing Workshops

Spring 2026 Tax Filing Workshops will be starting Tuesday, February 24th, and will continue up to the April 15th filing deadline. 

Additional dates will be added as they are confirmed. The workshop schedule is updated on Fridays.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - READ THIS PAGE FIRST!

LSS will be hosting several tax filing workshops during the spring term. Unless otherwise noted, workshops will be held on the KU Lawrence campus in Summerfield Hall, room 413. 

Students and staff may register for any open session. Workshop attendees will be provided with access to free tax filing software, and our tax team will be available to answer questions and assist with the filing process. 

Please do NOT register for multiple workshop sessions in advance.

If duplicate registrations are found, the earliest registration date will be kept and all other registrations will be deleted. If you have not completed your returns at the end of your initial workshop session, you may register for a second workshop at that time. 

If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you must cancel your appointment. If you fail to attend your scheduled workshop session and do not cancel your appointment, you may be prohibited from registering for another session within the same week. 

The deadline to file your 2025 income tax returns is April 15, 2026.
